The World’s Borough World Tour
Queens is often referred to as the “World’s Borough.” This tour puts that moniker to the test. We will try food from each of the six inhabited continents, concluding in Jackson Heights, a neighborhood where over 160 languages are spoken.
⏱︎ Total Time: ~3.5 hours
👣 Total Walking: ~1 mile
$ Price: $100 per person
We will sample foods from Mexico, Bolivia, Algeria, Romania, Nepal, and Australia, from restaurants and bakeries that are all within a few miles of each other. Please note that this tour requires a short subway ride to our final stop.
Salteña Instructions at Bolivian Llama Party
Jhol Momo at our final stop
The tour includes a stop at one of The Infatuation’s “Top 25 Restaurants in NYC”, a pastry from the New York Times list of “25 Essential Pastries” to Eat in New York City, and the momos that won the NYC Momo Crawl five times. Our other stops are neighborhood gems that you won’t find on any of those lists (although they are equally deserving!).
